AI does a lot really well, but it often leaves the job half done. The website looks finished and you accept it, but the errors you can't see end up costing you. And only an expert eye can spot them.

What we need from you
A good website is a joint effort. We'll agree the details at the start of the project, but we'll usually ask you for:
- A clear idea of your business: what you do, who for and what you want to highlight. We send you a simple questionnaire and we write the text.
- Your logo, in the best format you have.
- Photos of your business, team or products. If you don't have any, we'll find some or generate them with AI.
- Your company details for the legal pages: legal name, tax ID and address.
- Access to your domain, if you already have one. If not, we'll register it in your name (the domain cost is separate).
- Access to your Google Business Profile, on the Active Web and Growth plans.
- On the Pro plan, the first entries for your catalogue: properties, dishes, services...
- Someone to answer our questions and review the design proposals.
Depending on the project, we may need something else.

Key terms

What no plan includes
Online shops, custom integrations with other software, professional photography and full redesigns. The domain is separate: we register it in your name and you pay its cost. Email accounts aren't included either, but we can add them as an add-on. And, in general, anything that isn't in your plan is quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can I build it myself with AI?
You can, and you’ll have a website. But for it to bring you customers, it takes more: it has to show up on Google, be fast and secure, your forms have to reach you, and the copy and structure have to be designed to sell. We’re a marketing agency with over 15 years building websites: we build them to work, not just to look good. And we’re there every month to maintain and improve it.
Do you use AI?
Yes. It’s been one more tool in our work for years. But a tool doesn’t make the website: the experience of the person using it does. We bring over 15 years building websites and our knowledge of the industry. It helps us do things better, not any old how. And we’ll never pass off anything made with AI as real.
Why is there a minimum term?
Because you don’t pay anything upfront. A well-built website takes a lot of work at the start: design, copy, set-up and SEO. Instead of charging you for it upfront, we spread it over 12 monthly fees, like a car lease. After that, the subscription continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you leave before the 12 months are up, you pay the remaining monthly fees.
Is the website mine?
The domain and the content (copy, your photos and the enquiries you receive) are always yours. The design and the code are ours. After 12 months, you choose:
- Continue on your plan, month to month.
- Switch to the Maintenance plan (price on request): the website stays online, with no changes included.
- Buy the website, at a fixed price set out in the proposal that goes down every year. You take the website as it is, up and running; the editing panel and our tools are not included.
- Cancel: the website is taken offline and we give you the content (copy, enquiries and your photos).
How long does it take to get my website?
We usually publish it in about 20 days. You set the pace: the sooner you send us the materials and your feedback, the sooner you’ll have it.
The monthly fee is charged from the day you approve the proposal, even if the website isn’t live yet. If we’re the ones running late and the website isn’t live within 30 days for reasons on our side, we won’t charge you the next monthly fee until we publish it.
How many changes can I ask for?
Each plan includes a number of hours of changes per month (you’ll find them in the plans table), and with our system they go a long way: copy, photos, prices, opening hours, new pages using the blocks your website already has… We make them within 2 working days at most.
If you don’t have images, we find them in stock image libraries or generate them with AI, at no extra cost with reasonable use. Hours you don’t use don’t roll over. If you need more, you can buy extra hours or move up a plan. Redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
Who writes the copy for the website?
We do. You give us the idea of your business (what you do, who it’s for and what sets you apart) and we write the copy, designed to sell and to show up on Google.
Are the legal texts included?
Yes, a set of basic legal texts so your website has them from day one. They’re for guidance only and aren’t a substitute for a lawyer’s advice. If your adviser prepares your own, we’ll put those on the website.
Can I change plans?
You can move up a plan whenever you like. To move down, give us 30 days’ notice: it’s possible as long as the new plan keeps what your website already uses. For example, a website on Active Web can move to Pro, but a website with an editing panel can’t move to Essential.
What happens if I stop paying?
Payments are collected in advance, on the 1st of each month. If one isn’t paid, we let you know first. If it still hasn’t been paid by the 15th, the website is deactivated until the payment is settled. If the debt is still outstanding after 60 days, the contract ends.
Can I pay for the whole year with a discount?
No, and that’s on purpose. The idea behind the service is that you get a professional website for a small monthly fee that doesn’t throw your budget out. If we asked you for the year upfront, it would be like paying a down payment all over again, which is exactly what we want to avoid. That’s why we don’t offer discounts for paying in advance: the monthly fee is already keenly priced from the first month, and it’s always paid month by month.
